Congratulations to CHI’s own Michael Gorham for passing his CFI checkride this month!
On a beautiful fall day, Mike took N1355F up to meet DPE John Gary at Sanford Regional Airport for his checkride. They spent over 6 hours going over key teaching and aeronautical topics. Mike impressed and they then moved onto the flight portion. After completing all maneuvers to an instructor-level of skill, Mike was informed that he passed!
Over the past few months, Mike has been working on his CFI with Chief CFI Greg while also working full-time as a dispatcher. He’s been working hard and serves as an integral part of the dispatch team. Now, he’ll be joining our team of instructors! Congratulations Mike, we’re proud of you!
