A massive congratulations goes out to CHI’s own Joe P. for passing his Private Pilot checkride!!!
On the morning of June 26th, Joe departed from Portsmouth International Airport (KPSM) in N922CA and made his way up to Sanford Regional Airport (KSFM) for his checkride with DPE John Gary. After completing his oral exam, Joe and John jumped in the RV-12 to take to the skies! Of course it was a busy and bumpy day up at Sanford, but Joe could handle it! He completed all of his maneuvers with proficiency and landed back at KSFM. Once on the ground, John Gary informed Joe he was now a Private Pilot! Amazing work, Joe!
Joe has always been a dedicated and hardworking student which reflects in his flying. Aside from training at CHI, Joe has been working as a dispatcher for us for the past year. He always demonstrates a high level of professionalism, willingness to help others and commitment which has helped inspire other students to follow suit. In the future, Joe hopes to fly for the Navy and be a pilot for the Blue Angels!
We are all so proud of you, Joe!!! Keep up the amazing work, we can’t wait to see what the future holds for you, don’t give up the ship!
