Congratulations to Tim K. for passing his sport pilot checkride!
On Wednesday, March 20, Tim flew N266VA up to Sanford, Maine (KSFM) for his checkride. After completing his oral, Tim got to take Designated Pilot Examiner (DPE) John Gary for a ride. When they returned, Tim walked away with his certificate officially making him a sport pilot!
Tim started flying 30 years ago but had to take a break from aviation. Last year, Tim decided to reignite his training and pursue his goal of becoming a pilot. Now, he is CHI’s newest sport pilot! Tim is continuing his education and will be working towards his Basic Ground Instructor (BGI) certification.
Amazing job, Tim! Everyone at CHI is very proud of you!
