Solo - Mitch T.

A huge congratulations goes out to Mitch T. for completing his first solo!

On the evening of November 9th, Mitch completed his first three solo takeoffs and landings in N266VA from runway 16 at Portsmouth International Airport (KPSM). He even got the perfect sunset for his first solo, that orange glow is gorgeous! Mitch’s father served in the military and is how he was first introduced to the world of aviation. Mitch hopes to join the Air Force after getting his private pilot certificate. Great job and congrats on reaching this incredible milestone, Mitch!
